Volunteers don’t serve just to further your mission,
volunteers are the mission!

Churches need engaged volunteers to grow and transform the local church.

Volunteers are the heroes of the local church, which is why it’s even more critical that serving in your ministry be one of the best places where people are excited about the mission, engaged in it’s growth and committed to the vision of reaching people for Christ.

Hey, I’m Mary Ann Sibley and I help church leaders build REAL TEAMS vs
gathering pools of people.

HOW?

With a strategic plan that focuses on discipling volunteers with 3 key questions:

  1. Is this ministry relational?

  2. Is this ministry scalable?

  3. Is this ministry sustainable?

    Leading is challenging.
    Leading volunteers is especially challenging.

But it is all worth it!
    Be encouraged!
    You are not alone.

Building Real Teams…

Rather than gathering pools of people are built on our three foundations:
Relational
Sustainable
Scalable

Discipling people as they serve.

On the surface it looked like our Guest Services Team was succeeding.  We had the right things and we were doing the right things, yet something was missing.

Whatever that “something” was, it contributed to a growing sense of indifference among our volunteers that resulted in many of them showing up late, not showing at all or even leaving this ministry altogether.  We were completing the task but missing the mission.  We needed help.”

We hired Mary Ann to coach us and it was absolutely the best decision we have made in this ministry.  Mary Ann took the time to get to know us and learn our systems and processes.

While those changes certainly helped, the most beneficial aspect was the vision Mary Ann was able to communicate to our leaders and volunteers.  That “something” we were missing was the intangible motivational factor of vision and purpose.  Mary Ann has helped our leaders and volunteers value and own the ministry.  They are invested in this ministry which has resulted in a higher level of commitment and a “can do” attitude among our volunteers.

Mary Ann is knowledgeable, personable and passionate.  She is an excellent communicator and a visionary.  It is my absolute pleasure to recommend her ministry to you and I can do so without hesitation or reservation.
